I recently was talking to a colleague about HMMs (Hidden Markov models), which got me thinking about their beauty!
When I got home, I decided to put the 'Introduction to HMMs' lecture that I used to give to bioinformatics students on Slideshare. You can also see an R tutorial on HMMs that I wrote.
